Hi All! Wow, it's been a long week and I'm so glad that tomorrow is Friday! Can I just say how much I really want the sun to come out and play? It's killing me- I'm ready for summer already :) I've got a birthday card that was requested and I was asked to do it vintage style...now this isn't my comfort zone by any means but I did have a lot of fun doing it and I think I'm getting better as I stretch myself to try new styles. I used 20's Evie in digi format from Tickled Pink Stamps and cropped her for my main image. To me she just screams vintage. I distressed the heck out of everything, I've the inky hands to prove it, and in the end I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out and I hope that person receiving it feels the same!
When I went to grab my list of Copics I couldn't find it! Talk about disorganization- I blame it on the 'creative process' :)
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
Tickled Pink Stamps Challenge: Lace and Pearls
Craft Your Passion Challenges: Show Us Your Layers
Supplies: DP- 7Gypsies; Vellum Page- Websters Pages; Sentiment- My Favorite Things- Lets Celebrate Ala Mode; Ink- Momento; Lace and Pearls- Recollections; Flowers- Prima; Clock Charm- The Girls Paperie; Metal Corner- Tim Holtz
